Our vans are loaded with fresh, warm water because baths are crucial to the grooming process. We use premium shampoos and conditioners tailored to your dog’s needs but if you have a prescribed medicated shampoo, we're happy to use that too (a small additional fee applies).
There are no cages onboard our vans. We hand-dry your pup from nose to tail. This process not only sheds excess fur but also preps those thick, furry coats for haircuts. Plus, it's a perfect time for your groomer to inspect your dog’s skin and coat for issues not readily visible.
Every pup has their own style. Whether it's a neat summer shave or just a little off the top, your groomer will consult with you to match your requests while honoring your pet’s health and safety.
Your groomer is equipped with the highest quality brushes, combs, and tools that suit your dog’s needs and ensures their fur ends up feeling as good as it looks.
We only use top-tier, vet-approved ear cleaners for your pup. We’ll pluck those floppy (or pointy) ears upon request (additional fee applies) and if we spot any irritation or infection, we'll let you know.
Maintaining the right nail length is crucial for your pup's health and well-being. We include nail dremeling (filing) in our service, but if your dog isn't a fan, we'll switch to clipping.
We use vet-approved toothpaste and soft bristle toothbrushes to boost your pup’s oral health and freshen their breath. Your groomer will report any signs of poor dental health so you can address it.
Some dogs need more care in this department. Upon request, we'll provide this service at no extra charge. Unsure if it’s necessary? Your groomer will be there to advise, or you can consult your vet.

Dog grooming is so much more than giving your dog a bath. Dog grooming is a broad term that covers all aspects of canine cleanliness and hygiene. The services included in dog grooming will vary based on the grooming package you choose for your pup. Also, some dogs like goldendoodles, shepherds, and shih tzus have thick coats that can get matted and tangled without regular care. These breeds sometimes require additional dematting services if the matting is moderate to severe. We offer our services in the form of a Full Groom package or a Bath & Brush package. A Full Groom comes with a soothing bath and blow out, a stylish haircut, thorough brushing, and meticulous care for nails, teeth, ears, and anal glands. It's the ultimate spa day your pup deserves. A Bath & Brush Includes a thorough brush to detangle and shine, rejuvenating bath and blow out, a nail trim, and a teeth cleaning. Perfect for keeping your dog looking and feeling their best in between full groom sessions.

We provide a full grooming experience, complete with bathing using the highest end care products, careful haircutting with scissors and clippers, nail trimming, ear cleaning and anal gland expression (upon request) and full teeth brushing. We will confirm our arrival time the day of the appointment and then call you when we’re outside - just let us know if you have any special requests (eg, park the van on the side of the apartment building, and we can meet you at your door or you can bring your dog outside. A typical grooming appointment should take anywhere between 1 to 2 hours depending on your dog's size and breed.

If your dog has never been groomed before, or there are issues (i.e. matting), then it can take longer. After our first grooming sessions, it is usually quicker going forward. The more we know about your dog, the better.
Yes. At least when we first arrive and if it's your dogs first groom. If you have to run a quick errand, that is no problem at all. However, we do ask you or someone is able to take your dog back once we are done. We will never leave a dog unattended.
